Returns & Exchange Policy

Return Policy

  • Timeframe: Returns are accepted within 15 days of delivery for non-sale orders.
  • Non-Returnable Products: For hygiene reasons, returns are not accepted on caps, hats, masks, boxers, shorts, bodysuits, crop tops, tank tops, baby tees, and stationery (stickers, etc.).
  • Condition: Items must be in original, unwashed condition with all tags attached.
  • Return Refusals: Returns will be declined if items appear used, washed, damaged, or spoiled (unless received damaged).
  • Defective Products: Email unboxing videos and photos to our Customer Experience Team via the App or Website for quick assistance.

Return Charges & Refunds

  • Return Fee: A flat ₹100 reverse shipment fee per order will be deducted from the refund. Shipping charges are non-refundable for both COD & prepaid orders.
  • Refund Method: Refunds are issued as Bearbiceps Gift Cards via email.

Exchange Policy

  • Timeframe: Exchanges accepted within 15 days of delivery for non-sale orders.
  • Exchange Fee: ₹100 reverse shipment charge applies.
  • Price Difference: If the new item costs more, pay the difference upfront. If less, the balance is refunded via Gift Card.
  • Same policies apply for our Premium Collection.

Return & Exchange Process

  • Initiate via the Bearbiceps Website or App and follow the prompts.
  • Requests are reviewed by our team within 48 hours of submission.
  • Reverse Pickup: Arranged only after confirmation from our Customer Experience Team.
  • Packaging: Please return items in the same packaging condition.
  • Refunds are processed as Bearbiceps Gift Cards for both COD & prepaid orders.

Order Cancellation

PLEASE NOTE: Cancellations are only possible before your order has been dispatched from our warehouse.

Non-Exchangeable Products

  • Sale Items: Products purchased during Sale Events or Flash Sales are not exchangeable.
  • Non-exchangeable items include Baby Tees, Tank Tops, Crop Tops, Bodysuits, Caps, Hats, Masks, Boxers, and Shorts.

Exchange & Refund Conditions

Covered Issues: We offer exchanges/refunds for manufacturing defects only.

Guarantee Covers:

  • Loose seams or stitching
  • Discoloration or uneven dye
  • Excessive pilling or fuzzing
  • Misplaced/missing embellishments
  • Tears or frays along edges
  • Any noticeable defect affecting look or function

Not Covered:

  • Damage from improper washing or care
  • Regular wear and tear
  • Alterations after purchase
  • Accidental or negligent damage
  • Fabric breakdown due to chemicals or environment
